Transpersonal Spiritual Direction

Discover a Deeper Relationship with Yourself, Your Purpose, and the Sacred.

There are moments in life when success, responsibilities, and daily routines no longer answer the deeper questions stirring within us. You may be seeking clarity, navigating change, exploring your spiritual life, or longing to reconnect with something more meaningful.

Transpersonal Spiritual Direction offers a compassionate, reflective space where you can slow down, listen deeply, and explore your life’s unfolding journey. Kathryn walks beside you—not to provide all the answers, but to help you discover the wisdom already present within your own experience.

What Is Transpersonal Spiritual Direction?

Transpersonal Spiritual Direction is a guided conversation that honors the whole person—mind, body, heart, spirit, and your relationship with something greater than yourself. Rooted in transpersonal psychology and contemplative practice, this work recognizes that life experiences, relationships, symbols, dreams, nature, and moments of profound insight all have the potential to deepen our understanding of who we are.

Rather than focusing on fixing problems, these sessions create space for awareness, reflection, discernment, and personal transformation.

Is This Right for You?

You may benefit if you are:

  • Navigating a major life transition
  • Feeling spiritually disconnected
  • Exploring purpose and meaning
  • Integrating a significant life experience
  • Longing for a trusted guide
  • Seeking a more intentional way of living

What Happens During a Session?

Every session begins with your story. Together you and Kathryn explore the questions, experiences, and themes most present in your life today.

Through reflective dialogue, contemplative listening, symbolism, nature-based awareness, and practical insight, you’ll have the opportunity to recognize new perspectives while remaining grounded in everyday life.

There is no expectation to adopt a particular belief system. This is a welcoming space for exploration, curiosity, and authentic growth.

Kathryn’s Approach

Kathryn integrates decades of study, lived experience, transpersonal psychology, spiritual formation, mythology, symbolism, and nature-based wisdom into a thoughtful process that honors each person’s unique journey. Her role is not to direct your path but to help illuminate it.
